The Basics

Return Window: 14 days after receiving your item.

Condition: Unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Restocking Fees: None.

Final Sale: We do not have "Final Sale" items; all standard items are eligible for return.

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Hygiene & Safety
For health and hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced jewelry cannot be returned once the packaging or seal has been opened, unless the item is defective.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return
To start a return, please contact us at hq@monancymon.com. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item received is defective or incorrect.

If your return is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
You may use the courier of your choice, though we recommend using a trackable shipping service (like InPost or DPD) as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

European Union 14-day "Cooling Off" Period

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

• Refunds: If you return your entire order within this period, we will refund the item price and the standard original shipping cost.
• Exclusion: If you chose "Premium/Express" shipping, we only refund the amount of our cheapest standard shipping option.
• Return Cost: As stated above, the cost of shipping the item back to our studio is covered by the customer.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
