At Mon Ancymon, we focus on logistical efficiency to ensure your architectural pieces reach you safely and affordably. All orders are fulfilled directly from our studio in Poland.

Order Processing

Timeframe: Please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare your order.
Dispatch: We ship Monday through Friday, excluding Polish public holidays.
Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your label is generated.

Important Policy Details

Unclaimed Packages

If you choose delivery to a Pickup Point or Locker, you generally have a limited window (often 48 hours) to collect your package. If the package is not collected and returns to our studio, the cost for re-shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Damages: We use padded, "low-profile" secure packaging to protect your items. If your package arrives tampered with or significantly damaged, please take photos before opening it and contact us at asia.rodak2002@gmail.com.
Lost in Transit: We will assist in filing claims and providing transit data to help locate your package.

Packaging

To keep shipping costs low and minimize waste, we use lightweight, secure padded envelopes. This discreet packaging ensures your jewelry remains protected throughout its journey while remaining environmentally conscious.

Right of Withdrawal

Per 2026 EU Consumer Law, you may exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal for a full refund (excluding return shipping costs). This applies to all unworn items returned in their original condition.
